Shops across the country access Virtual Assist to connect with Allstate to reassess damage estimates for auto and property claims . When shops have access to live experts who can update the damage estimate immediately, time is saved for shops, Allstate, and most importantly, Allstate customers.

Cars aren't sitting in shops waiting for insurance staff to physically visit and approve of changes before work can move forward. Shops are approved to move forward with repairs within minutes, and facilitating a speedy return to to normal for Allstate customers.
